This fusion of yoga, meditation, and HoopDance will include shamanic/ecstatic dance sessions, asana practice with a hoop, chakra explorations, light-body visualizations, sacred-geometry teachings, and other powerful self-healing modalities.

In this weekend of exploration, discovery, and cultivation, you will

• Receive a Holistic Hoop infused with healing ingredients in the medicine wheel; a spinning tool for transformation
• Learn HoopDance moves and combinations that increase flexibility, balance, and coordination
• Stretch, exercise, meditate, breathe, sweat, and have fun in a workshop where the dance floor equals therapy.

HoopDance raises your vibration by liberating the flow of life force within the body. -water to drink
-comfortable non-slip clothes to wear (no silk, satin, etc.),
athletic attire appropriate

This series will be specifically geared towards the participants who are registered for the classes. We will encourage everyone to work at their own pace, and may have to give individualized moves for the varying student levels. We will be sure that each student will go home with more skills and information than they arrived with.
