Just wanted to let you know that Kandice has been given the distinct honor of performing with several Cirque Du Soliel (KA) performers in an upcoming fund-raising event for Pet's Lifeline, Sonoma Valley's Animal Shelter. She will be performing her fire and LED double hoop solo along side her beloved co-heart the infamous Dai from Japan!

Just Starting...

Dear Blog,
You have been years in the making and now that we finally have you, I am not clear on where to start.

I imagine this will be a place to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences about HOOPdance, hooping, hula-hooping, whatever name I wish to call it in any particular moment.

Perhaps we may share with you announcements about upcoming hoop classes, workshops, private lessons, retreats and specials on Holistic Hoops, LED hoops, fire hoops and other items that we may feel called to tell you about as well.

However we communicate, we want to thank you for being here and allowing me/us the opportunity to share with the community in a new way. We hoop to build a beautiful relationship with you for many years to come!
