Immerse yourself in hoopdance for two consecutive days!
In this mixed level class, you will:
-Learn lots of hoop movement variations and combinations.
-Further explore your own, unique hoopdance style.
-Expand your hoopdance knowledgebase and repertoire.
-Improve your technique and timing efficiency.
-Sweat, smile and have fun!

giving each student more focused attention.

Please bring:
-water to drink
-comfortable non-slip clothes to wear (no silk, satin, etc.),
athletic attire appropriate
-comfortable shoes if you choose to wear them
-and, if you have one- your HOOP!

This series will be specifically geared towards the participants who are registered for the classes. We will encourage everyone to work at their own pace, and may have to give individualized moves for the varying student levels. We will be sure that each student will go home with more skills and information than they arrived with.

Dear Blog,
You have been years in the making and now that we finally have you, I am not clear on where to start.

I imagine this will be a place to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences about HOOPdance, hooping, hula-hooping, whatever name I wish to call it in any particular moment.

Perhaps we may share with you announcements about upcoming hoop classes, workshops, private lessons, retreats and specials on Holistic Hoops, LED hoops, fire hoops and other items that we may feel called to tell you about as well.

However we communicate, we want to thank you for being here and allowing me/us the opportunity to share with the community in a new way. We hoop to build a beautiful relationship with you for many years to come!
